Austin and his crew were awesome! They removed a 12 year old deck and replaced it with a 20 x 30 ft concrete patio as well as laid a 10 x 12 ft slab for a shed. They were professional, clean and quick. Austin explained the whole process from beginning to end prior to starting and was available for questions throughout the project. They did a great job on our patio addition. The crew was nice, professional and answered any questions I had. Only took them half a day. I'm in love with the new space. They definitely did quality work, they even added a "expansion joint" to our old slab to tie in the look to the new slab. They gave us a great price and we appreciate that they do military discount. I will for sure use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.

Have done business on Facebook with little to show for, needless to say I was sceptical about doing business again especially since the terms of the contract was the same as my prior experience. Austin had something that eased the worry during the process and that was friendliness and professionalism. He gave me multiple options along with the type of materials my driveway would be made of. Along with the military discount, this was a much better experience than I'd imagine. Though is schedule was hectic and because of Virginia weather, him and his team tried constantly to come out, but he always updated me via phone calls or text! Communication is key when conducting business and it was quick and frequent with him. The job itself only took less than a day with nearly 1000 sqft of concrete! For the price compared to a well known concrete company I'd take American Precision over all else. If you need anything type of concrete work take it from this sceptic, go with Austin and his team at American Precision Contracting. And no this isn't a paid advertisement or some review I was forced to do, I genuinely appreciate the hard work they did and it paid off to the fullest.

couple years ago I had I terrible contractor do cement work for me and within 8 months my driveway apron was cracking and literally falling apart. As time went on I got in touch with Austin (owner of American precision contracting), very nice guy, professional, cares about his workers and his business. I hired him to redo my driveway apron and pour a big cement pad in the backyard as well. With the experience I had in the past with the last contractor, I was a bit nervous. Austin reassured me of the high quality work ethic and talent of him and his crew. After they efficiently demoed my old driveway apron and formed out the backyard pad within a week they poured the new driveway apron and the pad in the backyard. The work that him and his guys performed on my property was literally OUTSTANDING. I honestly didn't even think it was going to look as good as it does. The amount of detail, care for their work, and the sheer talent of American precision contracting will speak for itself. The crew ran like a well oiled machine. Before I knew it I had an awesome driveway apron that really made the house look even better. Attached is some before and after photos of the work that was performed at my house. I will never hire any other cement contractor. That team is the best in the business!
